AGREEMENT to the processing of personal data
When filling in the online form “Leave a request” on the website northwaterfront.by (hereinafter – the website) we suggest you to familiarize yourself with the procedure of using your personal data.
In accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-З of 7 May 2021 “On Personal Data Protection”, you express your free, unambiguous and informed consent to the limited liability company “Riverside Development Limited” (LLC “Riverside Development Limited”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to process personal data under the following conditions.
Purposes of processing and scope of processed personal data*
a. reviewing your messages and questions in the online “Contact Us” form:
- name;
- phone number and/or
- email,
- the information you provided in the online form.
b. sending you information about our news and offers:
- name;
- phone number and/or
- e-mail.
* Please note that you choose the purposes for which we process your personal data and the convenient way for you to receive information about our news and offers. By ticking the appropriate “check box” in the “Contact Us” online form on the Site, you consent to the actions specified against such “check box”. If the checkbox is left blank, this means that you do not consent to the actions specified opposite such checkbox.
The security of your personal data is important to us, as well as building a trusting relationship with you, so we want you to know what we do with your personal data. Below we have provided information on how we process your personal data.
Riverside Development Limited Liability Company, located at 11 Sverdlova St., Minsk, 220030, office 329, Minsk. 329.
We may collect, organize, store, modify, use, depersonalise, block, share, delete personal data. We may carry out these activities using automated means, without using such means, or in a mixed manner.
Your personal data provided for consideration of your messages and questions will be stored for 3 years from the date of sending the message/question, for informing you about our news and offers – 3 years from the date of subscription to the newsletter or until you unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter.
We may share your personal data:
- to third party organizations that help us to organize mailings by sending email newsletters, SMS and messenger messages,
- to CRM systems that we use to store data for a specified period of time, and to third party organizations that maintain such CRM systems.
We may transfer your personal data outside the Republic of Belarus, namely by third party organizations that maintain the CRM systems we use to store the data, to the United Arab Emirates. The United Arab Emirates has a law on personal data protection that complies with generally recognized standards for the protection of your personal data.

In order to exercise your rights related to the processing of personal data by Riverside Development Limited LLC, you should submit to us an application in writing or in the form of an electronic document (and in case of exercising the right to withdraw consent – also in the form in which such consent was obtained) respectively to the postal address: 11 Sverdlova St., Minsk, 220030, office 329, or to the e-mail address: 329, Sverdlova St., Minsk, 220030, Minsk. 329 or by e-mail: info@northwaterfront.by.
Your application (if exercising rights by application) to exercise one or more of the above rights must include:
- FULL NAME;
- address of place of residence (place of stay);
- date of birth;
- essence of the requirements;
- personal signature or electronic signature.
! IMPORTANT: we do not consider applications sent by other means (telephone, fax, etc.).
Consequences of giving and withholding consent
As a consequence of giving consent, we have the right to process your personal data in accordance with the purposes, conditions and procedures set out above.
Refusal to give consent will make it impossible for you to receive news and offers, transfer your personal data outside the Republic of Belarus for the above purpose.
