North Waterfront in cooperation with MTBank provides exclusive financing terms for purchasing car park spaces. Early repayment is permitted without incurring any penalties or fees.
Loans are approved for a period from 3 to 7 years inclusive, without guarantors or collateral. If guaranteed by an individual, the loan term may be extended up to 12 years. The loan amount can be up to 90% of the cost of the parking space.
The assessment considers income earned in Belarus and in allied nations, along with dividends, rental property profits, and other verified sources of income. In determining the overall income, close relatives can be included.
During the initial 12 months, the interest rate is set at 16.6% and subsequently increases to only 17.1% * Linked to the NBRB overnight rate.
